Roll Curtains/Shades/Screens (individual or full enclosure/awning or hard roof fixture)
Services We Provide
We provide awning service throughout the Western New York region.
Spring/Summer Installation
During the Spring and Summer months, we provide and ensure expert awning installation as well as other outdoor/fabric products.
Fall Removal
During the Fall months, we provide an expert removal of your outdoor/fabric products and ensure all neccessary storage preparations are met. Those preparations include analyzing your products for needed repairs and making sure
they are completely dry.Receiving Your Services
Slightly before or during the one week increment in which you scheduled service, you will receive a phone call from one of our live represtentatives. This call will be to confirm you are prepared to receive your service as scheduled, and to provide a 3 day advance notification of your exact service date. If you store your item(s), this call is also to ensure that they be made accessible to our Installation Service Team on the exact service date provided. We ask that the job site be accessible, and kindly request that it be free of pet waste, as well as items or debris that may inhibit our services.
For Fall Removal Services, it is imperative that you remove all items that may be negatively affected by the removal/absence of your awning, curtains or screens. Those items include but are not limited to: televisions, stereos, other electronics, cushions, pillows, and decorative features such as wind chimes and hanging lights.
Failure to comply with the above mentioned requests may delay your scheduled service.
Winter Storage
Company Storage
With Company Storage, your item(s) are guaranteed to have met all necessary storage preparations before they are stored in a secure, dry, and insured facility. Avoid making space at home and eliminate any chance of your item(s) not being accessible to our Installation Service Team.
Self Storage
Opt to store your item(s) at home. Our Removal Service Team will package and place your item(s) where instructed. If your item(s) need to enter our facility for any reason, your item(s) will be delivered back to you once complete. Delivery is free of charge.
